TID offers multiple options for customers wanting to view bill statements or make payments to their TID account.
The My TID customer portal offers customers the ability to view bill statements and make payments to their TID account 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by logging on to My TID and registering your email address and TID account. Click the Pay Electric Bill/My TID button link at the top of the page to access the My TID customer portal.
Payments can be made using our interactive voice response system, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling 1-866-742-8991. Be sure to have your TID account number handy. Payments can also be made 24 hours a day via cash, check or credit card at the payment kiosks at the Turlock and Ceres offices.
Request for duplicate billing statements can be made by emailing the customer service department at customerservice@tid.org.
Customers waiting to obtain copies of billing statements or make payments on their account in person, can visit the Turlock or Ceres offices during normal business hours.
