Board Meetings & Agendas

TID is governed by a five-member, locally elected Board of Directors that meets Tuesdays at 9 a.m. in the TID Board Room at 333 E. Canal Drive, Turlock. Board meetings are held in a hybrid format, with the option to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom. Details can be found on the agenda and in the dropdown feature provided below.

Instructions for Participating in a TID Board Meeting

Join in Person:

Attend the meeting at the TID Board Room, 333 E. Canal Drive, Turlock.
Public comment is taken early in the meeting; please arrive on time.
To speak during Public Comment, complete any required sign-in or follow the instructions provided at the meeting.

View Livestream:

Click on the “video” link on the Meetings & Agendas page.

Join by Computer or Tablet:

Click the meeting link in the Agenda about five minutes before the meeting starts.
Install or open Zoom if prompted and enter the meeting ID from the Agenda.
Attendees join muted.
To speak during Public Comment, select “Raise Hand” and wait for the Board Secretary to call your name.

Join by Phone:

Call the phone number listed in the Agenda.
Enter the meeting ID followed by #.
Attendees join muted.
To speak during Public Comment, press *9 to “Raise Hand” and wait for the Board Secretary to call your name or the last four digits of your phone number.

Public Comment Submission:

Public comments may be submitted in writing prior to a meeting by emailing PublicComment@TID.org. Please note there are no statutory requirements for written comments to be read aloud during the meeting or for the Board to be notified of each submission.
