At TID, we believe no one should go without basic utilities. We strive to help all customers facing challenges in managing their energy costs with a number of assistance programs to make bill payment and budgeting easier.

CARES Program

The TID CARES Program offers eligible customers a monthly discount on their electric bill based on household size and income.

Weatherization Program

The Weatherization Program is available to TID CARES customers at no cost and can reduce energy bills by making your home more energy efficient and lowering the amount of your TID bill while helping you keep warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Payment Arrangements

A Payment Arrangement allows you to make payments on a past-due balance over time to keep your account in good standing. Use My TID or Contact Us to see if you are eligible for payment arrangements.
