2026 Session Dates

  • March 11, 2026 | 5 – 8 p.m.
  • March 18, 2026 | 5 – 8 p.m.
  • March 25, 2026 | 5 – 8 p.m.
  • March 28, 2026 | 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Important items to note prior to applying:

  • Attending all sessions is required. Each year we have more applicants than spots available therefore we ask that you only apply if you can commit to attending each session.
  • The program includes short tours and a Saturday, full-day tour. These tours involve walking short distances, as well as walking in outdoor terrain and up/down narrow staircases. We make every effort to accommodate all participants but we like to make note that there is physical effort required.
  • Your response to the application questions will be used to determine the 2026 Customer Academy cohort – we make an effort to include a diverse group of customers each year, combining a mix of individuals from different areas of interest, backgrounds and District Divisions to create a well-rounded program. The application process may also include a pre-meeting.
  • The application is for participation in the evening Customer Academy. We are considering a daytime Customer Academy and applicants will be given the opportunity to select if they are interested in this option, should the daytime program move forward in addition to the regular evening program.
