Customer Academy Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to be part of the free, five-week program.
Important items to note prior to applying:
• Attending all sessions is required. Each year we have more applicants than we can accept into the program, therefore we ask that you only apply if you can commit to attending each session.
• The program includes short tours during the weekday sessions and a Saturday, full-day tour. These tours involve walking short distances, as well as walking in outdoor terrain and up/down narrow staircases. We make every effort to accommodate all participants but please note that there is physical effort required.
• Your response to the application questions will be used to determine the 2025 Customer Academy cohort – we make an effort to include a diverse group of customers each year, combining a mix of individuals from different areas of interest, backgrounds and District Divisions to create a well-rounded program. The application process may also include a pre-meeting.

In addition to the standard evening program, we are considering an additional daytime TID Customer Academy. The evening and daytime programs would include the same curriculum and feature the same tours. Please select the program(s) for which you are available and want to apply to:

Standard Evening Program: 4 Wednesday evenings (5 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and Saturday tour (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Daytime Program: 4 Wednesday mornings (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and Wednesday tour (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
