When will my thermostat be adjusted?

- TID’s Demand Response season is from May 1st– October 31st each year. Thermostat adjustments and events will typically be called during TID’s on-peak hours which are Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm, unless there is an emergency.
- Thermostat adjustments are 1 to 4 degrees.
