How will I receive my participation incentive?

- You will receive a $25 incentive for participation after the close of the demand response season which is October 31st.
- Participation in the EnergySync program means you will allow TID to make small adjustments during a peak period event.
- You can opt out of the event by making your own adjustment to your thermostat at any time during the event.
- Opting out of more than 2 events in one season will result in forfeiting the participation incentive.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for your participation incentive after the close of the demand response season.
