The TID Grid Partners demand response program is an opt-in program that provides customers with incentives to reduce their electric consumption during times of grid constraint.

In order to maintain grid reliability, TID offers two demand response programs: EnergySync and Power Partners.

EnergySync

EnergySync is a smart thermostat program available to customers who have an eligible smart thermostat.

Honeywell Home TCC Thermostat.

Power Partners

Power Partners is a program for non-residential customers who commit to reducing load during times of critical peak demand.
