Automated Bill Pay

Autopay offers a more convenient and reliable way to way.

With AutoPay, your payment is automatically deducted from the account or payment method of your choice each month. The full account balance will be deducted on or after your due date ensuring your bills are always paid on time.

AutoPay is usually effective with your next bill, however, continue paying your bill until you see “You are enrolled in automatic bill pay” printed on the bill.

Signing Up is Easy

By logging in or creating an account at My TID you will have the option to enroll in AutoPay with your choice of payment method: credit card, Venmo, Amazon Pay, savings or checking account.

Alternatively, you can enroll in AutoPay with a check or savings account by following the steps below:

Download the application, print it and fill it out.

Attach a blank check which must have the bank account holder’s name and address printed on it.

Be sure to write “VOID” across the face of the check. Deposit slips are not accepted.

Include the application and voided check with your next TID payment, or drop your completed application by the TID main office at 333 E. Canal Dr, Turlock.

Continue paying your bill until you see “You are enrolled in automatic bill pay” printed on the bill.
