What is the driving the current PSA adjustment?

In December 2022, like many industries, utilities had experienced a dramatic increase in power supply costs, causing the PSA to increase. Purchase power costs refer to the general cost to deliver power to our customers including, but not limited to, fuel prices and external power purchases.

Now that those costs have leveled out, the PSA is moving back down.
