RFP PSA-25-018 EDAM-EIM Scheduling System
TID is soliciting proposals for CAISO Joint Markets scheduling software solutions required to meet TID’s requirements for CAISO Joint Markets (EDAM and EIM) participation. TID’s timeline for EDAM Go-Live is Fall 2027.
TID is requesting proposals on implementing the following Products:
- EDAM/EIM Entity Scheduling Application Software (EE Sched)
- EDAM/EIM Participating Resource Scheduling and Bidding Application Software (PR Sched)
- Optimization application.
Respondents may submit proposals for software and implementation services for one (1) Product, multiple or all Products. If a Respondent provides proposals on more than one (1) Product (i.e. EE Sched, PR Sched), each Product must be proposed separately.
RFP DPRA-26-002 Concessionaire Services at Don Pedro Recreation Agency Facilities
The District is soliciting proposals for an operator to manage designated food, retail, and event related services for the Don Pedro Recreation Agency (DPRA) under a 3–5 year agreement.
Services may include:
- Operation of the DPRA Trading Post store and restaurant, providing retail goods, food service, and general customer support for park visitors.
- Optional catering services for events held at the Visitor Center Event Facility, including coordination of food service, staffing, and event‑related support.
- Optional management of event center rentals, including scheduling, customer coordination, and onsite oversight.
- Optional operation of the Lagoon Snack Shack, providing seasonal or year‑round snack and beverage service consistent with DPRA standards.
Proposers may submit proposals for:
- The Trading Post/Restaurant only,
- The Lagoon Snack Shack only,
- Or both facilities and optional catering/event services.
