Living Green Rebate

Our Living Green Rebate offers a $500 rebate to home builders who go above and beyond Title 24 Standards when incorporating energy efficiency measures into new residential construction.

Super-efficient homes don’t get built by accident, they’re carefully planned and executed. Decisions made at all phases of construction ultimately determine whether your home is as energy efficient as it can possibly be. The choices you make in the materials used, the size and placement of windows and doors, roofing materials, appliances and even the orientation of the house on the lot all have an impact on the energy cost you can expect once you move in.

Our Living Green Rebate program rewards builders of residential new construction who exceed the Title 24 standards with a $500 rebate. Exceeding the standards of Title 24 can measurably decrease the overall cost of energy for the life of the building. So, not only can you enjoy a $500 rebate today, you can continue to benefit from increased efficiency and decreased energy costs for years to com.

Of course, the program is subject to terms and conditions and you must follow the process carefully in order to qualify for the incentive. You can find all the details in the guideline and application below.
