TID will notify the family members or caregivers of customers enrolled in this program when their monthly bill goes unpaid.
Sometimes it’s easy to lose track of your utility bill and before you know it, you’re behind on your bill and subject to penalties and disconnection. To help you prevent this, and to give your family peace of mind, we created our Third Party Notification program where you can choose a relative, caregiver, friend or neighbor who can help you keep track of your TID bill. The person you choose isn’t responsible for your paying the bill, but they can discuss your account with us and make arrangements for payment. This can help reduce the chance of your power being turned off because you had an accident or just missed paying your electric bill that month.
