Running a second refrigerator or freezer could be wasting valuable energy and increasing your electric bill. TID will pay you to get rid of that old energy hog. JACO, TID's contracted recycler, will pick up and recycle your old refrigerator or freezer, FREE OF CHARGE, and you receive a $35 rebate from TID.

For Disposal

Unit(s) must be located at a residential location served by TID.

Refrigerators and freezers are both eligible. (ENERGY STAR® units do not qualify)

Units must be in working condition.

The unit must be within 10-30 cu ft. (smaller and larger units not eligible)

Up to two units may be picked up from any given customer account per calendar year.
