When to Connect Service
The timing of the process varies depending on the type of project, but it is important that you apply with TID early and tell us your best estimate of when your service will need to be energized. Plan to pay fees for the new service several weeks before you need our services. This will allow our crews to be scheduled and for them to respond efficiently. If your project is accelerated or delayed, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.
Contact our Standards and Line Engineering Department at 883-8415 for your initial design consultation.
Once your design has been coordinated with us, the necessary fees paid, and the completed work order submitted to your construction crew, contact Line Scheduling at 883-8406.
