Start, Stop or Transfer Service

You may start, stop or transfer electric service by visiting our Business Office at 333 East Canal Drive in Turlock or by calling us at 883-8222 Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Be prepared to tell us the date your service needs to be activated or turned off.

Deposit Information

Contact Customer Service at 883-8222 for deposit information. From the Patterson area, call 892-4953.

Request a Duplicate Bill

You may request a duplicate bill by visiting any TID customer service location, by phone at 883-8222, 892-4953 from the Patterson area, by e-mailing us at CustomerService@tid.org, or log on to your account to view your most current information. You will be asked to provide your account number and identifying information.


New Construction Residential Rebate Program
